  Japanese Language Teacher Training Course  
( begins in April, 2007 )


Classes Monday through Friday ( 5 days per week )
From 9:10 a.m. to 2:50 p.m.
Number of students to be admitted 60 students
Study period 1 year(Entrance in April and graduation next March)
Qualifications A person whom has completed more than 14 years of schooling education in Japan and/ or abroad, with person who fills either the following.

1. The applicant has received Japanese language education for a minimum of 6 months at a Japanese language institute accredited by the Association for the Promotion of Japanese Language Education.

2. The applicant has passed level 2 or above of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test, administered by Japan Educational Exchanges and Services and Japan Foundation.

3. The applicant has received a score of 200 or above in the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students, administered by Japan Educational Exchanges and Services.

4. Person admitted to have Japanese ability equal with the above-mentioned.

Application period From October 1 to December 25.(except on national holidays)
However, it is possible that the application period will close early as soon as all courses are full.
If an applicant already has a residency permit, the application deadline are different.

Admission Process Admission to the Japanese Language Teacher Training Course is determined by applicant's written examination and interview.

Accepted applicant must buy his/her own study materials including textbooks and tapes under the guidance of his/her teachers.
Bank remittances from abroad incur a handling charge between the foreign and Japanese bank.
Please ensure to remit the first term tuition in full AND the bank handling fee, as well when remitting your payment from abroad.
Application and admission fees are waived for the students or graduates of B.I.L. ( Japanese Language Course ), the graduates of Bunka Women’s University and the graduates of Bunka Fashion College.
