In this school, the office has been installed in Taipei in Taiwan, Seoul in South Korea, and Bangkok in Thailand for the acceptance out of Japan.
The Taipei, Seoul and Bangkok offices are operated directly by Bunka Gakuen.
The offices make contacts between B.I.L. in Tokyo, you and your family from the time you consult about admission to the day you graduate from B.I.L., and they will
● Give counseling about admission procedures
● Accept application forms
● Give entrance examinations for Japanese Language Teacher Training Course
● Give entrance examinations for International Interpretation/Translation Course
● Accept application for school guarantor
● Assist you in applying for Certificate of Eligibility to a Status of Residence
● Give pre-admission placement test
● Give orientation about going to Japan
● Guide you to Japan
● Assist you at the time of entry to Japan and after enrolling at B.I.L.
● To your family, report about your life as a foreign student likewise
about your grades and attendance
● Following up you after graduation from B.I.L.

■ About School-guarantor systems
A Japanese guarantor is necessary to enter the BIL.
However, if the school guarantor systems is used, it is possible to enter the BIL even if there is no Japanese guarantor.
If you reside in Taiwan, South Korea, or Thailand, please submit all application materials to the Taipei, Seoul, or Bangkok office.
The school will act as a guarantor for applicants whilst attending the school after satisfying a document examination and an interview process accompanied by guardians or sponsors at either international house or offices.
