| Qualifications |
A person whom has completed more than 14 years of schooling education in Japan and/ or abroad, with person who fills either the following.
1. |
The applicant has received Japanese language education for a minimum of 6 months at a Japanese language institute accredited by the Association for the Promotion of Japanese Language Education.

2. |
The applicant has passed level 2 or above of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test, administered by Japan Educational Exchanges and Services and Japan Foundation.

3. |
The applicant has received a score of 200 or above in the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students, administered by Japan Educational Exchanges and Services.

4. |
Person admitted to have Japanese ability equal with the above-mentioned.
